The Standing Senate Committee on National Finance met this day at 9:30 a.m., in room 9, Victoria Building, the chair, the Honourable Percy Mockler, presiding.

Members of the committee present: The Honourable Senators Andreychuk, Bellemare, Deacon (Nova Scotia), Deacon (Ontario), Forest, Marshall, Mockler, Moncion, Neufeld and Pratte (10).

In attendance: Alex Smith and Shaowei Pu, Analysts, Parliamentary Information and Research Services, Library of Parliament.

Also present: The official reporters of the Senate.

Pursuant to the order of reference adopted by the Senate on Tuesday, October 16, 2018, the committee continued its consideration of Bill C-62, An Act to amend the Federal Public Sector Labour Relations Act and other Acts. (For complete text of the order of reference, see proceedings of the committee, Issue No. 78.)

Ms. Daviau, Ms. Cooper, Ms. Hendel and Ms. Kishek each made a statement and, together with Ms. Roy and Mr. LeBlanc, answered questions.

At 11:26 a.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the chair.
