The Special Committee of the Senate on the Pearson Airport Agreements metthis day, at 9:00 a.m., the Chairman, the Honourable Senator Finlay MacDonald (Halifax), presiding.
Members of the Committee present: The Honourable Senators Bryden, Hervieux-Payette, Jessiman, Kirby, LeBreton, Lynch-Staunton, MacDonald and Tkachuk. (8)

The Committee resumed its examination of the Order of Reference adopted by the Senate on May 4, 1995. The Clerk of the Committee administered the oath/solemn affirmation and declaration to the witnesses, pursuant to s. 13 of the Parliament of Canada Act.
David Broadbent made a statement and answered questions.
Raymond Hession made a statement and answered questions.
At 11:30 a.m., the Committee recessed.
At 12:30 p.m., the Committee resumed.
William Rowat made a statement, and with the witnesses from Transport Canda, answered questions.
At 2:35 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
