Resuming debate on the motion of the Honourable Senator Forrestall, seconded by the Honourable Senator DeWare, for the second reading of Bill S-21, An Act to protect heritage lighthouses.

The Bill was then read the second time.
The Honourable Senator Forrestall moved, seconded by the Honourable Senator DeWare, that the Bill be referred to the Standing Senate Committee on Fisheries.
