REPORT OF THE STEERING COMMITTEES
Senator Rompkey presented the Third Report of the Sub-committee on Agenda and Procedure as follows:
Your subcommittee wishes to inform the committee that it has authorized the Senate administration to issue calls for tenders valued at over $100,000 for the purchase of computer equipment for the fiscal year 2000-01 on the framework of its Office 2000 replacement program.

Report by the Sub-committee on Finance and Budgets
Senator DeWare presented a report by the Subcommittee on Finance and Budgets, recommending approval of a budget of $170,062 for the Special Committee on Illegal Drugs, as well as $1,500 for the Committee on Agriculture and Forestry.
After discussion, the report was concurred in.
At 11:15 a.m., the committee proceeded in camera.
