The committee resumed its consideration of Bill S-7, An Act respecting the declaration of royal assent by the Governor General in the Queen's name to bills passed by both Houses of Parliament.
After debate,
It was agreed, -- That no further action be taken on the bill at this time and that the amendments suggested by the Honourable Senator Grafstein be printed as an Appendix to this day's proceedings.
At 12:35 p.m., the committee proceeded in camera.
