Your Committee which was authorized by the Senate, on June 12, 2001, to examine and report on the effectiveness of and possible improvements to the present equalization policy ensuring that provincial governments have sufficient revenues to provide reasonably comparable levels of public service at comparable levels of taxation, now tables its report.
