The Standing Senate Committee on Social Affairs, Science and Technology met this day, in Room 160-S, Centre Block, at 3:44 p.m., the Chair, the Honourable Michael Kirby, presiding.

Members of the committee present: The Honourable Senators Callbeck, Cook, DeWare, Kirby, Morin, Robertson and Roche (7).

Other senators present: The Honourable Senator Beaudoin (1).
