The Standing Senate Committee on Social Affairs, Science and Technology met this day, in the Mackenzie I Room, The Fairmont Waterfront Hotel, Vancouver, British Columbia, at 9:02 a.m., the Chair, the Honourable Michael Kirby, presiding.
Members of the committee present: The Honourable Senators Carney, P.C., Keon, Kirby, LeBreton, Morin, and Roche (6).
