The name of the Honourable Senator Taylor (retired, substitution pending) was removed from the list (November 17, 2002).

The name of the Honourable Senator Hubley substituted for that of the Honourable Senator Poulin (November 21, 2002).

The name of the Honourable Senator Christensen substituted for that of the Honourable Senator Hervieux-Payette (November 21, 2002).

The name of the Honourable Senator Sparrow substituted for that of the Honourable Senator Kolber (November 21, 2002).
