The Standing Senate Committee on Energy, the Environment and Natural Resources met at 5:45 p.m. this day, in room 257 East Block, the Chair, the Honourable Tommy Banks, presiding.
Members of the committee present: The Honourable Senators Banks, Buchanan, Cochrane, Finnerty, Hubley, Kenny, Merchant, Milne, Spivak and Watt (10).
In attendance: From the Library of Parliament: Lynne Myers, Researcher, Science and Technology Division.
Also in attendance: The official reporters of the Senate.
Pursuant to the Order of Reference adopted by the Senate on Tuesday, February 25, 2003, the committee continued its examination of Bill S-10, concerning personal watercraft in navigable waters.
