The Standing Senate Committee on Fisheries and Oceans met this day at 7:06 p.m., in room 505, Victoria Building, the Chair, the Honourable Gerald J. Comeau, presiding.
Members of the committee present: The Honourable Senators Adams, Comeau, Cook, Hubley, Johnson, Mahovlich, Phalen, and Watt (8).
In attendance: Claude Emery, Research Analyst, Library of Parliament.
Also in attendance: The official reporters of the Senate.
The committee resumed consideration of its Order of Reference relating to straddling stocks and to fish habitat.

Jay Straith, Past President.
Mr. Straith made a presentation and answered questions.
