SEVENTH REPORT
Your committee, which was authorized by the Senate on Wednesday, May 27, 2003, to hear from time to time witnesses, including both individuals and representatives from organizations, with specific Human Rights concerns, now tables the Report of its Delegation that went to a Fact-Finding Mission to Geneva, Switzerland and Strasbourg, France from October 10 to 17 2003.

EIGHTH REPORT
Your committee, which was authorized by the Senate on Wednesday, June 4, 2003, to examine and report upon key legal issues affecting the subject of on-reserve matrimonial real property on the breakdown of a marriage or common law relationship and the policy context in which they are situated, now tables its interim report entitled A Hard Bed to Lie in: Matrimonial Real Property on Reserve.
