The Honourable Senator Banks moved, seconded by the Honourable Senator Mahovlich:

That Bill S-12, An Act to repeal legislation that has not been brought into force within ten years of receiving royal assent, be referred to the Standing Senate Committee on Legal and Constitutional Affairs.
