The Honourable Senator Robichaud, P.C., moved, seconded by the Honourable Senator Graham, P.C.:

That for the duration of the present session any select committee may meet during adjournments of the Senate.

In amendment, the Honourable Senator Kinsella moved, seconded by the Honourable Senator Robichaud, P.C., that the motion be referred to the Standing Committee on Rules, Procedures and the Rights of Parliament.

The question being put on the motion in amendment, it was adopted.
