The Chairman: The first item is a summary of expenditures totalling $10,500.

Senator Grafstein: I so move.

The Chairman: Carried.

The next item is for $5,000.

Senator Grafstein: I so move.

The Chairman: This is for the special study by Mr. Peter Mercer who will be appearing before us on April 2. All those in favour?

Hon. Senators: Agreed.

The Chairman: Carried.
