The Special Senate Committee on Anti-terrorism met at 1:02 p.m., this day, in room 160-S, Centre Block, the chair, the Honourable David P. Smith, P.C., presiding.
Members of the committee present: The Honourable Senators Andreychuk, Baker, P.C., Day, Fairbairn, P.C., Jaffer, Joyal, P.C. and Smith, P.C. (7).
In attendance: Laura Barnett and Jennifer Bird, Analysts, Library of Parliament.
Pursuant to the order of reference adopted by the Senate on Wednesday, November 14, 2007, the committee continued its study on Bill S-3, An Act to amend the Criminal Code (investigative hearing and recognizance with conditions).
