The Standing Senate Committee on Transport and Communications has the honour to table its

ELEVENTH REPORT

Your committee, to which was referred the document "Industry Canada's User Fee Proposal, dated April 2015, for Fixed-Satellite Services and Broadcasting-Satellite Services Spectrum in Canada", has, in obedience to its order of reference of Wednesday, May 6, 2015, examined the proposed user fee and in accordance with section 5 of the User Fee Act, recommends that it be approved.
