Pursuant to the order of the Senate of March 31, 2022, the Standing Senate Committee on Fisheries and Oceans met this day in room B30, Senate of Canada Building, and with videoconference, at 9:02 a.m. ET, the chair, the Honourable Fabian Manning, presiding.
Members of the committee present: The Honourable Senators Ataullahjan, Kutcher, Quinn and Ravalia (4).

Pursuant to the order of reference adopted by the Senate on Thursday, February 10, 2022, the committee continued its study on the implementation of Indigenous rights-based fisheries across Canada.

At 10:03 a.m., the committee resumed.

At 10:31 a.m., the deputy chair, the Honourable Senator Busson, took the chair.
At 11 a.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the chair.
