The Standing Senate Committee on Fisheries and Oceans met this day at 9:17 a.m., in room W110, 1 Wellington St., the chair, the Honourable Fabian Manning, presiding.
Members of the committee present: The Honourable Senators Ataullahjan, Busson, Cordy, Cuzner, Deacon (Nova Scotia), Kutcher, Manning, Osler and Ravalia (9).
Participating in the meeting: Melissa Doyle, Procedural Clerk, Committees Directorate; Daniele Lafrance and Poonam Jusrut, analysts, Library of Parliament.
Pursuant to the order of reference adopted by the Senate on Tuesday, September 24, 2024, the committee began its examination on the Great Lakes Fishery Commission and its work.
