Pursuant to the order of the Senate of March 31, 2022, the Subcommittee on Veterans Affairs met in camera this day in room B45, Senate of Canada Building, and with videoconference, at 12:01 p.m. ET, the chair, the Honourable David Richards, presiding.
Members of the subcommittee present: The Honourable Senator Boisvenu (1).
Members of the subcommittee present by videoconference: The Honourable Senators Anderson, Deacon (Ontario), Richards and Yussuff (4).
Participating in the meeting: Chantal Cardinal and Barbara Reynolds, procedural clerks, Sara Gajic, Legislative Clerk and Natacha Umugwaneza, Administrative Assistant, Committees Directorate; Jean‑Rodrigue Paré, analyst, Library of Parliament.
Pursuant to rule 12-16(1)(d), the subcommittee discussed in camera draft agenda (future business).
It was agreed that each subcommittee member be allowed to have one staff person present at in camera meetings.
At 12:37 p.m., the subcommittee adjourned to the call of the chair.
