The Subcommittee on Veterans Affairs met this day at 12 p.m., in room B45, Senate of Canada Building, the deputy chair, the Honourable Pierre-Hugues Boisvenu, presiding.
Members of the subcommittee present: The Honourable Senators Anderson, Boisvenu, Deacon (Ontario) and Yussuff (4).
Participating in the meeting: Chantal Cardinal, Procedural Clerk, Martine Willox, Legislative Clerk and Natacha Umugwaneza, Administrative Assistant, Committees Directorate; Jean-Rodrigue Paré, Analyst, Library of Parliament.
Pursuant to the order of reference adopted by the Senate on Thursday, February 10, 2022, the subcommittee continued its study of issues relating to Veterans Affairs, including services and benefits provided, commemorative activities, and the continuing implementation of the Veteran’s Well-being Act.
