Honourable senators, I will ask all senators to follow rule 6-13, which I will read just to remind us that “[a]ll personal, sharp, or taxing speeches are unparliamentary and are out of order.” I would ask Senator Woo, and all senators, to consider this rule and to take it into account in debate.
