THE SENATE — The Late Honourable Francis Fox, P.C., K.C.

Honourable senators, before we proceed, I would ask senators to rise and observe a minute of silence in memory of our former colleague, the Honourable Francis Fox, who passed away on September 24, 2024. On behalf of all senators and everyone associated with this place, I extend my deepest sympathies to his loved ones.
