Honourable senators, I wish to draw your attention to the presence in the gallery of His Excellency Mr. Nguyen Duc Hai, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, and His Excellency Mr. Pham Vinh Quang, Ambassador to Canada of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam. They are accompanied by a delegation from Viet Nam.
