Honourable senators, I wish to draw your attention to the presence in the gallery of His Worship Mike Savage, who is currently Mayor of Halifax Regional Municipality and will soon take on the responsibilities of Lieutenant Governor of Nova Scotia. He is the guest of the Honourable Senator Cuzner.
