Honourable senators, I know that we were all shocked and horrified by the attack on April 26 at the Lapu-Lapu Day festival in Vancouver, which resulted in 11 people losing their lives and 32 other people being injured. I would ask you to rise for a minute of silence in memory of this tragedy.
