Honourable senators, Senator Dhillon has made a declaration of private interest regarding Bill C-15, An Act to implement certain provisions of the budget tabled in Parliament on November 4, 2025, and in accordance with rule 9-7(1)(a), that senator shall not be called except to abstain.
