Honourable senators, I have the honour to table, in both official languages, a Charter Statement prepared by the Minister of Justice in relation to Bill S-5, An Act respecting the interoperability of health information technology and to prohibit data blocking by health information technology vendors, pursuant to the Department of Justice Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. J-2, sbs. 4.2(1).
