Honourable senators, I have the honour to table, in both official languages, a Charter Statement prepared by the Minister of Justice in relation to Bill C-30, An Act to implement certain provisions of the spring economic update tabled in Parliament on April 28, 2026, pursuant to the Department of Justice Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. J-2, sbs. 4.2(1).
