Canada Emergency Business Account

Honourable senators, this is a question regarding small businesses that were shut out of eligibility for Canada Emergency Business Account, or CEBA, loans. The Prime Minister promised to fix this for the newly created businesses. That was back in May 2020. It has been over a year. I keep raising this, but it still hasn’t been fixed. New businesses that opened up, through no fault of their own, have not been eligible. Have we fixed this yet?
