The Honourable Senator De Bané, P.C., moved, seconded by the Honourable Senator Cools, that Bill C-7, An Act to establish the Department of Public Works and Government Services and to amend and repeal certain Acts, be referred to the Standing Senate Committee on National Finance.

The question being put on the motion, it was adopted.
