The Standing Senate Committee on Foreign Affairs met this day at 3:26 p.m. in Room 256-S of the Centre Block, the Chairman, the Honourable John B. Stewart, presiding.
Members of the committee present: The Honourable Senators Carney, Corbin, De Bané, Doody, Grafstein, Lynch-Staunton, Mercier, Moore, Stewart and Whelan. (10)

The committee began proceedings on Bill C-61, an Act to implement the Canada-Israel Free Trade Agreement.
