Your committee, to which was referred Bill C-87, An Act to implement the Convention on the Prohibition of the Development, Production, Stockpiling and Use of Chemical Weapons and on their Destruction, has, in obedience of the Order of Reference of Wednesday, June 22, 1995, examined the said Bill and now reports the same without amendment.
