Pursuant to rule 85(4), membership of the committee was amended as follows:

The name of the Honourable Senator Buchanan substituted for that of the Honourable Senator Lynch-Staunton (September 7, 1999).

The name of the Honourable Senator Kenny substituted for that of the Honourable Senator Cook (September 7, 1999).

The name of the Honourable Senator Fitzpatrick substituted for that of the Honourable Senator Hervieux-Payette (September 7, 1999).

The name of the Honourable Senator Kroft substituted for that of the Honourable Senator Poulin (September 7, 1999).
