The name of the Honourable Senator Kinsella was substituted for that of the Honourable Senator DeWare (June 3, 1998).

The name of the Honourable Senator Cohen was substituted for that of the Honourable Senator Cogger (June 3, 1998).

The name of the Honourable Senator Pépin was substituted for that of the Honourable Senator Watt (June 4, 1998).

The name of the Honourable Senator Grafstein was substituted for that of the Honourable Senator Gigantès (June 4, 1998; 11:18 a.m.).
