The Honourable Senator Grafstein moved, seconded by the Honourable Senator Kroft:

That Bill S-18, An Act to Amend the Food and Drugs Act (clean drinking water), which was referred to the Standing Senate Committee on Social Affairs, Science andTechnology, be withdrawn from the said Committee and referred to the Standing Senate Committee on Energy, the Environment and Natural Resources.
