Resuming debate on the motion of the Honourable Senator Spivak, seconded by the Honourable Senator Murray, P.C., for the second reading of Bill S-12, An Act concerning personal watercraft in navigable waters.

The Honourable Senator Spivak moved, seconded by the Honourable Senator Massicotte, that the bill be referred to the Standing Senate Committee on Energy, the Environment and Natural Resources.
