The Standing Senate Committee on Foreign Affairs and International Trade has the honour to table its

SEVENTH REPORT

Your Committee, which was authorized to examine and report upon the development and security challenges facing Africa; the response to the international community to enhance that continent's development and political stability; Canadian foreign policy as it relates to Africa, has in obedience to its Order of Reference of May 9, 2006, proceeded to that inquiry and now tables a report entitled Overcoming 40 Years of Failure: A New Road Map for Sub-Saharan Africa.
