The name of the Honourable Senator Gustafson is substituted for that of the Honourable Senator Oliver (April 15, 2008).

The name of the Honourable Senator Grafstein is substituted for that of the Honourable Senator Milne (April 16, 2008).

The name of the Honourable Senator Robichaud, P.C., is substituted for that of the Honourable Senator Merchant (April 16, 2008).
