The Honourable Senator Ngo replaced the Honourable Senator Unger (September 25, 2012).

The Honourable Senator Frum was added to the membership of the committee (September 24, 2012).

The Honourable Senator Angus retired and was removed from the membership of the committee, replacement pending (July 21, 2012).

The Honourable Senator Di Nino retired and was removed from the membership of the committee, replacement pending (June 30, 2012).
