Pursuant to the order of the Senate of May 5, 2022, the Standing Senate Committee on Agriculture and Forestry met this day in room B45, Senate of Canada Building, and with videoconference at 9:01 a.m. ET, the chair, the Honourable Robert Black, presiding.

Pursuant to the order of reference adopted by the Senate on Tuesday, June 7, 2022, the committee began its consideration of Bill S-236, An Act to amend the Employment Insurance Act and the Employment Insurance Regulations (Prince Edward Island).
