The Subcommittee on the Senate Estimates of the Standing Committee on Internal Economy, Budgets and Administration, met this day in camera at 12:45 p.m. in room 254-N, Centre Block, the chair, the Honourable David Wells, presiding.

Members of the subcommittee present: The Honourable Senators Downe, Jaffer and Wells (3).

In attendance: Vanessa Moss-Norbury, Procedural Clerk; and Nicole Proulx, Chief Corporate Services Officer and Clerk of the Standing Committee on Internal Economy, Budgets and Administration.

The committee began its consideration of a draft report.

It was agreed that the report be adopted.

It was moved by the Honourable Senator Downe:

That the chair and deputy chair be empowered to approve the final version of the report taking into consideration today's discussion and with any necessary editorial, grammatical or translation changes as required.

At 1:27 p.m., the subcommittee adjourned to the call of the chair.
