The Standing Senate Committee on Transport and Communications has the honour to present its

FIFTH REPORT

Your Committee, to which was referred Bill C-20, An Act respecting the commercialization of civil air navigation services, has, in obedience to the Order of Reference of Monday, June 10, 1996, examined the said Bill and has agreed to report the same with the following amendment:

Page 51, new clause 109: add, immediately after line 28, the following:

"COMING INTO FORCE

Coming into force

109. Sections 11, 13 and 100 come into force on the transfer date."
