Honourable senators, I have the honour to inform the Senate that pursuant to the order adopted by the Senate on June 10, 2026, the Standing Senate Committee on Legal and Constitutional Affairs deposited with the Clerk of the Senate on October 9, 2026, its thirteenth report which deals with the subject matter of those elements contained in Division 5 of Part 4 of Bill C-31, A second Act to implement certain provisions of the budget tabled in Parliament on November 4, 2025.
