Honourable senators, I wish to draw your attention to the presence in the gallery of Donald Kennedy, the Honourable Senator Hartling’s spouse; Melissa and Marc Leblanc, her children; Anouk Julian, her granddaughter; as well as Melanie Phillips and Kathy Baragar, her sisters.
