I would like to remind all honourable senators that the vote for the election of the Speaker pro tempore is underway in the senators’ workstations and will continue until one hour after the adjournment of the Senate today.
Voting will resume tomorrow, Wednesday, June 4, at 11 a.m. (eastern time) and will end one hour after the adjournment of the Senate, provided that any senator who was waiting at that time has had an opportunity to vote.

Honourable senators, with leave of the Senate and notwithstanding rule 5-13(2), I move:
That the Senate do now adjourn.
