The Standing Senate Committee on Foreign Affairs and International Trade met this day at 12:30 p.m., in room C128, Senate of Canada Building, the chair, the Honourable Peter M. Boehm, presiding.
Members of the committee present: The Honourable Senators Boehm, Boniface, Coyle, Deacon (Ontario), Gerba, Greene, Harder, P.C., MacDonald, Ravalia, Richards and Woo (11).
Participating in the meeting: Nadia Faucher, Analyst, Library of Parliament.
Pursuant to the order of reference adopted by the Senate on Monday, October 17, 2022, the committee continued its comprehensive review of the provisions and operation of the Sergei Magnitsky Law and of the Special Economic Measures Act.
